Australian golf pro Stuart Appleby has listed his Windermere, Florida, home for $3.1 million.

Appleby, who has celebrated nine PGA tour wins, paid $625,000 for the Orlando-area home back in 2009, so it’s possible he could more than quadruple his original investment.
