TV writer and producer Glenn Gordon has listed his Los Angeles-area mansion for $13.9 million.
Gordon and his wife, actress Tina Caron, picked up the home from comedian Keenen Ivory Wayans in 2005. Located in the Encino area, the luxurious Mediterranean-inspired home spans more than 8,400 square feet and holds four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Designed by architect Richard Landry, the modern Mediterranean villa features expansive living areas accented with large windows and soaring wood-beamed ceilings. Visitors will likely gather in any of the expansive formal living rooms and in the airy kitchen complete with a center island.
After a day of work in the dedicated office, residents can enjoy some rest and relaxation in the bespoke Dolby Atmos screening room fit for 13. No doubt Gordon has reviewed plenty of his own work in one of the plush cinema chairs.
Luxury amenities continue oudoors, where the future owner will surely enjoy the outdoor kitchen, tennis court, and saltwater swimming pool and spa. There’s even a vineyard and a koi pond on the property.
Known for creating and producing “Medium,” Gordon is currently at work as the showrunner and executive producer of CBS’s hit crime drama, “Bull.”
