Cleveland Indians first baseman Yonder Alonso is hoping to catch the right buyer for his recently listed Miami penthouse.
The MLB All-Star’s unit is located at the top of the oceanfront MEi Condominium building, and is priced at $1.995 million. Alonso picked up the condo for $1.4 million back in 2013, and first listed it on the open market two years later with an ask of $2.975 million.
This time around, the luxe 1,556-square-foot penthouse is available at a much lower price, and the two-bedroom unit is very likely to find the right buyer in short order. It’s styled with an all-white, contemporary look, and boasts an open-concept living room and a marble-floored kitchen.
In addition to two private terraces, the future owner will be able to take in unobstructed city and ocean views from nearly every room which give the apartment a lovely context. The MEi building offers a number of amenities, including a gym, a pool and spa, concierge services, and beach access.
Alonso, who has played for a number of MLB teams, recently signed a two-year, $16 million contract deal with the Cleveland Indians.
