“Gilmore Girls” actress Lauren Graham recently bade sayonara to her New York City apartment, collecting $825,000 less fees in the process.
Graham, who is best known for her role as Lorelai Gilmore, paid $570,000 for the charming one-bedroom, one-bath unit about four years ago. The apartment underwent a comprehensive renovation during Graham’s tenure as owner.
The unit is set in a 15-story, prewar building on Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village. The interior is completely modernized with an all-white contemporary look by way of the talents of designer Eric Hughes. The apartment’s update brought in wide-plank dark wood and Carrara marble floors.
Although the unit is relatively small, it still boasts a large custom closet in the expansive master suite. A must have.
Building amenities include a bike room, concierge, laundry, gym, and full-time door attendant.
In addition to appearing in the TV show “Parenthood,” Graham recently appeared in Netflix’s popular reboot “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.”
