Following what might have truly been the “most dramatic” season finale yet, “Bachelor” pair Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham have picked up a Phoneix home for $870,000.
The recently engaged couple’s new residence is located in a charming neighborhood, and is a new build. The couple settled on the four-bedroom, four-bath farmhouse-chic house after looking at roughly 70 homes.
Boasting a light and airy main combination living space, the home is decorated in grays and neutrals paired with light hardwood floors. Contemporary fixtures from Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware add to the home’s modern aesthetic.
The master suite features oversize windows, and French doors opening to the grassy backyard. The bathroom features dual sinks, a clawfoot tub, a large glass shower, and a large closet with builtins.
Burnham, who is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, moved to Phoenix soon after the premiere of the couple’s shocking “The Bachelor: After the Final Rose.” Luyendyk originally proposed to the other finalist before changing his mind and shocking all of “Bachelor” nation.
