Senior vice president of Apple Eddy Cue has listed his Lake Tahoe mansion for $11.9 million.

Located in Martis Camp in Truckee, California, the estate retreat is one of 671 properties in the high-end 2,177-acre housing development. The expansive golf and ski community connects all of its residents to the Northstar California ski resort via a private chairlift.

Cue paid $1.2 million for the 1.7-acre lot in 2010 before beginning construction on what was to become a stunning 7,900-square-foot residence clad with stone, wood, and glass. The final result is an ultra-modern five-bedroom home with expansive walls of glass that provide outstanding mountain views.

The interiors feature an open-concept living area, with the living room flowing into a large kitchen and dining space. A wine room, recreation room with wet bar, and various patios and decks combine to indicate extensive entertainment potential.

The home’s thoughtful layout includes a large guest room with bunk beds and a lofted kids sleeping space. The master suite is spacious and atmospheric, with a fireplace, a sitting area, and sliding doors opening to a patio.

Cue has worked for the tech giant since 1989 and now leads Apple in original content development.
