Retired NBA All-Star Peja Stojakovic has put his Sacramento home up for sale on the open market. The former Kings player listed the property for $3.5-million.
The hacienda-style is set on a little more than an acre of land, and stretches to 6,805 square feet. Stojakovic picked up the 2005-built, five-bedroom home for $3.125 million in 2016.
The residence features a luxe dining room, a gorgeous foyer, and an open-concept floor plan. The eat-in kitchen boasts a large island, and is expressed with a blend of hardwood, brushed stainless, and tile.
Accented with wood ceiling beams and French doors, the living room is one of the most beautiful spaces inside. Hewn beams, a fanlight window, and sliding glass doors distinguish the space; it opens to an outdoor entertaining and pool area that includes a covered patio with a fireplace, and an outdoor dining space complete with a kitchen. Family and friends alike can also play a match of tennis out on the court or take a dip in the swimming pool.
Stojakovic is a three-time All Star player.
