NBA star Chris Paul is hoping to make a slam-dunk deal with the sale of his Houston-area mansion.
After just six months of ownership, the Houston Rockets star listed his Houston mansion for $6.975 million. Considering Paul paid $6.362 million for the ultra-luxurious manse last autumn, it looks like the pro-baller is looking to make a profit on a quick flip.
The 2014-build mansion is set on more than 1.5 acres of property that abuts an exclusive golf course. The fairway-adjacent home stretches to 18,717 square feet and holds nine bedrooms and ten full baths.
Anyone who enters through the home’s soaring foyer will quickly find themselves amazed at palatial features like Corinthian columns, a wrought iron-railed sweetheart staircase, and a massive kitchen equipped with two marble-topped center islands.
Other standout spaces include the paneled double-height library, the large formal dining room with a wet bar, the climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar, and the family gathering space with a fireplace. The master suite is proportioned as expected, with a marble-clad bathroom and two large dressing rooms, each with its own rail ladder.
Lots of R&R opportunities here. An indoor half-court basketball court, golf-simulation room, and indoor movie theater cover a few fundamentals. The backyard features a large terrace, poolside loggia, outdoor kitchen, and swimming pool.
Last year, Paul was traded from the L.A. Clippers to the Houston Rockets. In exchange for Paul, the Clippers landed seven Rockets players.
