Following his move to the Ravens, NFL star Robert Griffin III has listed his Reunion, Florida, manse for $3.3 million.

Griffin picked up the expansive house just last year for $2.85 million, and it looks like he’s added a number of his own personal touches since.

Stretching to 12,982 square feet, the Reunion home is fairly palatial. There are ten bedrooms throughout, and it is designed with entertaining in mind, so living spaces are very expansive. Walls of glass doors line the open-concept living room and open to a luxurious outdoor entertainment space with a chef’s kitchen and a table that accommodates 20.

Additional outdoor amenities include a terrace, a built-in barbeque, an infinity pool, and a spa. Interior spaces include a decked-out recreation room with eight TVs and several game tables.
