Actress Riley Keough and her stuntman husband Ben Smith-Peterson have picked up a new Los Angeles-area home.
Keough, who is the eldest grandchild of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, and Smith-Peterson purchased the Silver Lake area Tudor-inflected cottage for $1.3 million. Built in the 1920s, the classic two-bedroom, two-bath residence has been thoroughly renovated.
Set behind hedges and mature trees, the 1,200-square-foot home boasts a minimalist feel and plenty of charm. Warmth abounds from the liberal use of hardwood, right down to kitchen countertops that forgo the standard stone for a butcher-block aesthetic.
Original architectural details include the living room with its built-in window seat, and an attic bedroom with finished cathedral ceiling and daybed window seat. The unique space a charming feel that’s perfect for a lounge, office, or studio space.
Keough is set to appear in the upcoming thriller flick “The House That Jack Built,” and she’s also appeared in movies like “Magic Mike” and “Logan Lucky.”
