Spice Girls member Mel B. recently re-listed her Los Angeles-area home for $7.5 million. Following her divorce from ex Stephen Belafonte, the singer known as Scary Spice has reduced the ask for her contemporary mansion significantly. It was originally listed by Ms. B last March, for $9 million.

Still and all, Mel B. and Belafonte are almost guaranteed to make a return on their investment considering they paid just $4.3 million for the home in 2014, even factoring in the cost of renovations. The fact that it hasn’t found the right buyer shouldn’t be too scary, thought; the home is packed with contemporary design details and a wide spectrum of amenities.

The four-story home boasts interior features that include a glass staircase, a large chef’s kitchen, and a home theater. In addition to high-end accents like modern built-ins, a lighted bar, high ceilings with LED backlighting, and Baccarat fixtures, there’s also a game room, a gym, and…yes, a recording studio.
