Jerry Weintraub’s longtime Beverly Hills home has traded hands for $17.8 million.

The late Hollywood talent manager and producer lived in the contemporary residence for several decades, and there’s no mystery as to why he chose the house for a longtime home.

In addition to five bedrooms and seven baths across more than 7,600 square feet, the expansive property wows with walls of windows and shared living spaces that feature inlaid oak floors and LED-backlit concept ceilings. An elevator, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a media room complete with a wet bar, and a separate guesthouse also distinguish the property as a place of professional arrival.

Other notable spaces include the study, sitting room, and gym, and a multi-room master suite with his-and-hers closets. The property exterior wanders beautifully, incorporating a pool/spa and sunlounge, tennis court, and formal gardens.

Weintraub passed away three years ago leaving behind a legacy of Hollywood work that includes the “Ocean’s” and “Karate Kid” franchises.
