Miley Cyrus Sells Hidden Hills Ranch for $5M in Off-Market Transaction

Miley Cyrus recently parted ways with her Hidden Hills Ranch. The silver-piped country-pop singer accepted an offer of $5 million for the home in an easy-come-easy-go transaction: she picked up the property for $5 million three years ago.

The equestrian ranch found a new owner in an off-market deal. It presents a country-chic aesthetic and five acres of land in its expression of retreat. An open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen act as the center of the traditional-style. Stretching to 6,500 square feet, the house features seven bedrooms, a gym, and a study. Wide-plank floors, beamed ceilings, a chandelier-accented dining room, a wet bar, and a wine cellar give the home an easygoing-luxe feel.

Two paddocks, a riding arena, a 10-stall barn, and a 550-vine vineyard help fill out the property. Citrus orchards and vegetable gardens are on the property as well. And, an unusual addition for a house in Hidden Hills: a chicken coop.

Cyrus’ 2017 record ‘Younger Now’ was a hit with fans, and critics too.
