Actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson of “Modern Family” fame is looking to sell his Manhattan co-op for $1.495 million.

Ferguson shares the eclectic and stylish space with his equally style-minded husband Justin Mikita, who works as an attorney and bedding designer. The couple picked up the one-bedroom, two-bath New York City apartment for $1.233 million in 2015.

Measuring in at roughly 900 square feet, the unit is small. But a creative layout can work wonders, and in this case a little spatial engineering creates a workable illusion of more space. The unit is located in a full-service building between Union Square and Stuyvesant Square.

The apartment impresses with classic elements like original hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, deco flourishes, and glass door knobs, features which combine to give the residence a high score on the charm scale.
