Reality star Tamar Braxton and music exec ex-husband Vincent Herbert have changed strategies when it comes to marketing their Los Angeles-area mansion. The couple initially listed the home last October, but a new owner has remained elusive. So they’re now looking for a tenant for the villa.
As the Calabasas home failed to find the right buyer at $15 million, the residence is now available to rent for $85,000 a month. It would come as no surprise if a fellow star decided to lease the expansive home.
The mansion isn’t short on amenities, and features a lounge, a salon, a professional recording studio, and a dance/fitness studio. The interiors are by turns grandiose, rustic, and romantic, with wrought iron, pattern hardwood floors, soft arches, and buttressed ceilings.
The 13,716-square-foot manse holds seven bedrooms and nine bedrooms, in addition to entertainment-friendly spaces that include a home theater, game room, chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, tasting room, and Champagne bar.
With 2 acres of premium property, the exterior spaces are worthy of note as well thanks to a massive lawn, cabanas, a playground, an expansive covered outdoor eating space, and a large swimming pool.
