“Grey’s Anatomy” lead player Ellen Pompeo and husband, music producer Chris Ivery, just put a Los Angeles home on the market for $2.795 million.

Considering the successful duo owns at least five investment properties, it doesn’t come as too much of surprise that they’re willing to part with this Whitley Heights-neighborhood Spanish Villa. The two-bedroom, two-bath home is nestled in the foothills above Hollywood, and dates to the 1920s.

The charming residence stretches to 2,456 square feet and has been updated and renovated with a rusticated eye. The charm begins with the red-tile roof and continues throughout, with a carved wood front door with mullioned stained glass panel, a double-height living room with fireplace, and Andalusian flourishes.

The living room stands out with wooden ceiling beams and three large arched windows. Of course, the dining room, media room, and chef’s style kitchen with terra-cotta tiles also charm freely.
