Investor and hospitality guru Sam Nazarian has put his Los Angeles-area home on the market for $8.995 million.

Nazarian, who founded SBE Entertaining Group with its number of L.A. nightclubs, had the Beverly Hills Post Office-area home designed to his taste, giving it a stylish postmodern veneer that swings wildly between rock-and-roll operatic and detached early 21st-century cool.
