Jenni Pulos of “Flipping Out” fame has picked up an Encino, California, mansion for $3.2 million.
The star and producer of the popular Bravo home-flipping show focused on a house hunt of her own in order to find her new residence. Traditional-style residence dates to 1991; it is set behind gates and boasts five bedrooms.
Pulos’ new 5,000-square-foot house features a grand entryway, and large shared living spaces that culminate in a step-down living room with a wet bar, fireplace, and built-ins. The kitchen and dayroom features vaulted ceilings and a center island, with a prominent set of French doors opening onto a brick patio.
The Bravo star was likely impressed by the master suite with its private balcony. Pulos was surely also drawn to the backyard with plenty of entertaining space spread across a half-acre plot. Guests and residents alike will enjoy the swimming pool and turf tennis court.
In addition to her role on “Flipping Out,” Pulos has appeared on “10 Items or Less” and “The Young and the Reckless.”
