NHL player Dustin Brown and wife Nicole are looking to move on from their Manhattan Beach home. The couple is asking $6.999 million for the custom-built abode.
Brown had the 6,450-square-foot house constructed to his specifications four years ago, hiring Matt Morris Development to take charge of the project. The Kings player’s residence stands out with an East Coast-inspired traditional style, plenty of light, and playful details.
The large chef’s kitchen with an island and booth seating and a spacious basement offer plenty of room to host family and friends. The master suite is an ideal retreat with a fireplace, sitting area, and a soaking tub. There are six bedrooms and 6.5 baths overall.
The basement level is designed for entertaining, and features a theater, a game room, and a full kitchenette complete with wet bar. The fun continues outside with a covered heated patio with a fireplace, an infrared sauna, and a swimming pool.
Brown, who was a first-round draft pick in 2003, has dedicated the entirety of his 11-year career to the Stanley Cup-winning Kings.
