Goodbye, Hawaii.

Entertainer and television competition judge Nicole Scherzinger has said goodbye to her Hawaiian home. The vocalist and outspoken TV personality sold the property for $1.35 million a few months after leaving the X-Factor.

The former Pussycat Dolls singer picked up the Waianae residence in 2004. Set on 1.25 acres, the plantation-style home is updated with a contemporary look and stretches to 3,475 square feet.

Complete with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the home has plenty of room to host friends or family. Shared spaces like the spacious kitchen with a center island and the vaulted-ceiling living room stand out as ideal for entertaining and/or congregating.

This is Hawaii, though, so outdoor living space is must-have. Scherzinger’s former digs don’t disappoint. In addition to an expansive deck, the new residents can enjoy lush lawns, a swimming pool with blue tiles, and a cabana complete with a built-in barbecue.
