Supermodel Tyra Banks is hoping to continue her run of real estate success with the listing of her Pacific Palisades property for $1.499 million.

Banks picked up the Los Angeles-area townhome just last year for $1.355 million, so if she succeeds in getting her ask, she’s set for a quick and successful flip.
