‘Today’ show host Kathie Lee Gifford is still waiting patiently to move on from her home on Key Largo. A recent relist reveals she’s still asking $10.5 million for the estate.
The Florida retreat was left to Gifford by her late husband Frank Gifford, and has been available since June. Since the home hasn’t undergone any price reductions, it doesn’t seem that Gifford is in a rush to sell, and is instead waiting for a smitten buyer to come along with the right offer.
Spanning 11,400-square-feet, the luxurious home holds eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The oceanfront manse served as a frequent retreat for Gifford, and features a private dock, a solarium pool room, and sprawling views of Card Sound and the Atlantic Ocean.
The rambling layout favors a relaxed lifestyle, a mood enhanced by details like the tropical-themed ceiling fresco in the master suite on the main floor. Indoor and outdoor living are given nearly equal relevance in the design.
The outdoor spaces include a dining area with summer kitchen and fire pit. The landscaping on this property is a big selling point; borderline wild, sanctuary emphasis.
Gifford’s most recent book is ‘The Rock, the Road and the Rabbi.’
