Comedian Martin Lawrence has put his residence in Virginia up for sale with an asking price of $8.5 million. The home is situated in the Hunting Hill Farms neighborhood in Purcellville.

The main house—about forty years old, although renovated in 2004—certainly qualifies as a spawler.
