Harvey Weinstein has found a buyer for his New York City townhouse in a $25.63-million whisper listing.

Considering the brewing legal storm, the shakeup in his real estate portfolio doesn’t come as much of a surprise. Details of the 5,066-square-foot West Village townhome are scant. The red brick Georgian building dates to the early 20th century.

Weinstein picked up the five-floor, 22-foot wide unit for $14.95 million back in 2006, and due to the secretive sale, the actual contract price hasn’t been revealed.

Weinstein has also recently sold two properties in Westport, and in January he let go of his Hamptons home for $10 million. He is currently in a rehabilitation facility near Scottsdale, Arizona.
