The recently divorced stars of “Flip or Flop,” Tarek and Christina El Moussa, have listed their Orange County family home for $3 million.

Unfortunately for the professional flippers, if they receive their ask for the Yorba Linda, California, home, they will close at around a half-million-dollar loss; while the former couple paid just $2 million for the home, they then went on to invest $1.5 million in a complete overhaul of the residence.

The end product is pretty satisfying, though. The 6,366-square-foot Mediterranean-style home contains five bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, an iron-railed staircase, and a two-story dining space. The interiors are fairly moody and atmospheric.

Additional standout spaces include a luxurious kitchen with Carrara marble and Thermador appliances, in addition to a living room with retractable glass walls and a dedicated gym space.

The most extravagant revision is the 800-square-foot pool pavilion; it’s ideal for entertaining friends and family. Guests and residents alike will find plenty of comfort among the putting green, fire pit, grotto, outdoor kitchen, and waterfall spa.
