Actor Rick Schroder recently listed his Malibu beach house for $5.45 million.

The “NYPD Blue” star put the home on the market following a split from his wife of almost 24 years, Andrea Schroder. The classic Malibu cottage is just 1,250 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and dates to 2007.
