“Desperate Housewives” alum Eva Longoria recently listed her Los Angeles residence for $3.795 million.

Considering that the star is newly married and expecting, it should come as no surprise that Longoria is looking to make a change in residence. The house is located in the Hollywood Dell neighborhood and stretches to 8,603 square feet, with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms throughout.

The hillside home boasts a contemporary Mediterranean style. It spans three floors connected via a circular staircase, with a common living area on the middle level; the combination living/dining space features wood-trimmed glass doors, two fireplaces, and access to a wrap-around balcony.

The house also boasts a modern kitchen with a large center island, in addition to several other entertaining spaces like a screening room with wet bar, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue station, and a swimming pool with spa.

Recently, Longoria has been busy serving as the executive producer on TV shows “Devious Maids” and “Telenovela.”
