“Desperate Housewives” actress Teri Hatcher is leasing her Los Angeles-area home for $25,000 a month. Hatcher paid $1.49 million for the Studio City home in 2000.

The 4,106-square-foot home holds three bedrooms and five bathrooms. It’s a mid-century modern-style residence built in 1962. It is situated on a secluded plot, and comes fully furnished.

The house boasts a dual-level living space for entertaining, and an expansive kitchen with a large center island. A library, home gym, and impressive master suite with its own fireplace, seating area, and bathroom oasis are among the home’s highlights.

The backyard continues the warm and entertainment-friendly feel with an outdoor dining space, a grassy lawn, a built-in BBQ, a waterfall and koi pond, and a swimming pool with a spa. The redwood deck is a knockout.

Hatcher, a former Bond girl, appears in wildman Jason Mewes’ upcoming feature debut, ‘Madness in the Method.’ The film is due for release later this year.
