Actress Rose McGowan has said goodbye to her Hollywood Hills home for $1.9 million. The home had been priced for a quick sale, and wasn’t long on the market. It went under contract just weeks after listing.

The star sold her Los Angeles-area home for fighting funds: she’s currently in the middle of a costly legal battle with movie producer Harvey Weinstein. McGowan originally scooped up the two-story house in 2011, paying $1.39 million.

The four-bedroom, three-bath home boasts a unique aesthetic with bright and eclectic furnishings. The standout space in the 2,923-square-foot home is the large living room, though, which features a double-sided fireplace, and transitions neatly into the well-appointed kitchen.

The property exterior is ideal for entertaining, with gardens, a Jacuzzi, a fireplace, and a fountain presenting a pleasing greater-L.A. outdoor atmosphere. Views from the location are excellent.
