Singer Selena Gomez has relisted her Fort Worth, Texas, mansion for $3 million.
The former Disney star-turned-musician first put her 10,000-square-foot home on the market for $3.5 million, back in early 2016. The greater Fort Worth native purchased the five-bedroom residence in 2015.
Now that the contemporary English-style manse is back on the market, it should fare better; the price cut is substantial, and will certainly generate serious interest.
In addition to an open-concept living space with a foyer, wet bar, and dining room, the home features a large gourmet kitchen with an L-shaped island. The spacious combination dining and living room features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace that naturally draws the eye.
Additional spaces include a game room, movie room, sport court, putting green, and a lagoon-style saltwater pool. The property extends to 1.5 acres, making it ideal for outdoor entertaining.
Gomez recently added a new position to her resume; she is an executive producer for Netflix’s hit “Thirteen Reasons Why.”
