NBA shooting guard Arron Afflalo has listed his Los Angeles home for $2.295 million. The early 1960’s modern-influenced home is located in Ladera Heights; Afflalo is the second professional basketball player to call it home, giving it an extensive pedigree within the sport. Before Afflalo took possession of it, the property belonged to WNBA star Lisa Leslie.

The 5,420-square-foot, multilevel home boasts an open-concept floor plan and a number of luxe features. It has been completely renovated.

The corner-lot contemporary residence has a family room, a sunken living room, a den, a dining space, and a chef’s kitchen. Of course, elements like several skylights, walls of windows, clerestories, and give the residence its own bright, expansive feel. The hardwood floors are quite warm, and give the home a very pleasing feel.

The home’s present layout favors entertainment, but a considerable amount of interior space is given over to the four-bedroom home’s two master suites. The property exterior features a tiered patio and sunlounge suite with swimming pool, spa, and Baja deck.

Afflalo, a former All-American, is in his 11th NBA season. He averages 10.9 points and 2.9 rebounds.
