Seagate Technology executive Stephen Luczo recently placed his Atherton, California, estate on the market for $17.5 million. He purchased the property in 2014 for $15 million.
The tech company chairman’s Bay Area mansion was built in 2007. It spans 11,491 square feet, with three levels of living spaces. Luczo’s sleek, contemporary home boasts a neutral color scheme, and is possessed of a number of luxe features, including floor-to-ceiling windows and five en-suite bedrooms.
The home presents a heady sense of proportion that follows naturally from its somewhat imposing, grandiose exterior. An expansive combination living room and kitchen with a large center island, bar seating, and a dining nook represents the heart of the home. Amenities include a fitness room, media center, rec room, theater room, and wine cellar.
The property also boasts lush grounds and plenty of space for entertaining, with a fireplace, barbecue, limestone terrace, pool house, pool, and spa filling out the grounds.
Luczo recently stepped down from his position as CEO at Seagate. He is currently Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board for the company.
