I. Marlene King, the creator of the hit T.V. show “Pretty Little Liars,” just sold her Hollywood Hills West home for $3.9 million.
The showrunner’s former East Coast traditional-inspired home was built in 1921, and is located on a third of an acre above the Sunset Strip. The 3,500-square-foot home holds three bedrooms and three baths.
A very traditional feel carries through the central hall, family room, den, and living room, with a brick fireplace adding a nice sense of the fundamental. Classic elements like a classic semi-circular portico entry with columns, mullioned windows, and dark-finished hardwood floors add to the home’s period appeal. The garage abuts a private studio space.
The property exterior features several patios, deck space, an outdoor dining room, and a swimming pool.
King is currently at work on shows “The Heiresses,” and “Famous in Love.”
