Hollywood cinematographer Newton Thomas Sigel has said goodbye to his Malibu mansion.

Selling for $6.4 million, the incredible Las Flores Beach home boasts a number of luxe features, including 50 feet of beach frontage, several balconies, and walls of floor-to-ceiling windows presenting incredible ocean views. No shutters, though, on this photographer’s home: the 3,364-square-foot residence is a thoroughgoing contemporary-style.

Most appealing are the common living spaces; the easily converted indoor/outdoor living room is a highlight, suggesting significant potential to entertain. The home also contains four bedrooms, a luxe kitchen defined by very warm custom cabinetry, and an office with a built-in desk. Earth tones abound upstairs, with wood accents, tile, and stone balancing warm and cool influences very, very well throughout bedrooms and baths.

Finally, the master suite is truly an idyllic escape: sliding glass doors lead to a private oceanfront balcony. Additionally, there is a two-car garage complete with an electric car charging station.
