PGA champion Justin Leonard recently listed his Aspen, Colorado, home for $15.9 million.
Leonard purchased the 5,000-square-foot home for $9 million back in 2015, so he’s potentially set up to make quite the return on his investment. The corner lot Aspen retreat was built in 1994 and holds five bedrooms and 5.5 baths.
The 12-time PGA Tour winner’s residence has since been completely renovated with a number of modern and luxury features. Boasting a warm and neutral aesthetic, the home gives off a cozy vibe with luxe touches like white oak flooring and an open-concept floor plan.
The future owners will surely be drawn to the combined living room, dining room, and chef’s kitchen complete with an expansive center island. In addition to an office and a guest room, there’s also a media space on the lower floor with a bar and fireplace for entertaining friends and family.
Outside, the future residents will find a freshly landscaped side yard plus a patio with a pizza oven and fireplace. One of the best features, however, is the inclusion of a heated driveway to keep snow from piling up.
