Songwriter and jazz vocalist Rondi Charleston just scooped up a luxurious Malibu home for $6.95 million.
The investigative reporter-turned-musician’s home is set on roughly half an acre and holds three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Stretching to 3,300 square feet, the beautiful residence boasts an ultra-contemporary aesthetic and unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean.
Charleston’s ridgetop multilevel home features an open concept living room and kitchen with a number of unique finishes of concrete, stone, and distressed wood. In addition to floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, the dining room and kitchen also boast motorized glass walls opening to terrace patios.
Of course, the master suite impresses as well with its own covered balcony and sprawling ocean views. However, with expansive outdoor spaces like a sitting space and al fresco dining area, Charleston is sure to spend plenty of time outside among the lush landscaping taking in the unobstructed coastline views.
Although Charleston enjoyed a successful career as a field producer with ABC News, the musician has since gone on to produce a number of successful jazz albums.
