Hollywood star Josh Hartnett has accepted a $3.55-million offer for his unique lower Manhattan apartment.
Although the actor originally listed the residence for $4.25 million, it looks like Hartnett was eager to move on from the New York City space. The custom-renovated penthouse has a unique trapezoidal shape and welcomes plenty of natural light.
The 1,965-square-foot loft space boasts ten expansive four-pane sash windows covered by electronically operated shades. Although the unit only holds one bedroom, there is space for at least one additional bedroom, and there are already two full bathrooms.
Additional features like built-in wood cabinets, an open-concept kitchen, marble countertops, and an expansive skylight add to the air of luxury. There’s also a 950-square-foot private roof terrace above with incredible views of the city.
Hartnett is set to appear in the upcoming film “The Long Home” and also appeared on the TV show “Penny Dreadful.” Broadway producer Tracey Aron is the lucky owner of the beautiful NYC apartment.
