NBA All-Star Chris Paul has sold an Los Angeles-area home for $1.95 million.
The Houston Rockets point guard purchased the Woodland Hills home for $1.775 million roughly four years ago. The Mediterranean-style is set behind gates and fences on about half an acre, and holds five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The 6,500-square-foot residence boasts a number of wide-open spaces, starting with a bang: a grandiose rotunda entry to a two-story foyer with marble staircase and second-floor gallery. The foyer flows directly to the expansive living room, which features a wet bar and one of the home’s three fireplaces.
The house is built for entertaining. A large dining room, a chef’s kitchen, a wine cellar, and a theater room ensure that residents and guests can relax in ultimate comfort. The exterior living area is perfect for entertaining as well, and features a large patio, fire pit, barbecue station, sports court, playground, and enclosed swimming pool.
This is the second L.A. County sale since Paul—who is a nine-time NBA All-Star—was traded by the Clippers to the Rockets. He currently owns another property in Calabasas.
