Tennis legend Andy Roddick and his wife, actress Brooklyn Decker, have accepted an offer of $2.35 million in the sale of their North Carolina home.

The lakefront home in the town of Cashiers found its buyer after the celebrity pair reduced their asking price by $75,000. The four-bedroom home dates to 2013, and features a truly unique rustic-classic design that merges modern convenience with rough-hewn country-cottage aesthetics.

The couple’s dedication to their dream home is on display in the detailing, including soaring ceilings, a double-sided stone fireplace, reclaimed wood-covered ceilings, antique oak plank floors, and a quaint screened-in porch.

The spacious master bedroom features his-and-hers closets, and a hidden office/sitting room in the loft above. All three guest/family bedrooms are en-suite, but one of the guest rooms boasts accommodations which truly stand out: hanging beds suspended from the ceiling beams.

Set on 2.76 acres on Silver Springs Lake, the home is surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees. After the arrival of their child, Hank, the pair decided to construct a larger home a few miles away.
