Following his trade back to the Los Angeles Dodgers, MLB star Matt Kemp has put his Poway compound on the market for $7.95 million.

The outfielder’s San Diego-area mansion is located in the guard-gated community of Heritage Estates. Although the home was slated to go to auction last year, Kemp decided against the auction route, and is hoping to find the right buyer for his 15,884-square-foot home through traditional sales channels by giving it a price chop.

Even though the house was already impressive, Kemp dropped roughly $3 million in renovations and upgrades, so the five-bedroom, five-bath manse is packed with luxurious features. In addition to soaring 20-foot-high ceilings, the home also includes an updated kitchen, a private office, and an unusual amenity…a barbershop.

There’s plenty of space for entertaining or kicking back as well with a cigar lounge, a home theater, and a wine vault with space for 1,200 bottles. The 4-acre property also boasts a six-car garage, a tennis court, an infinity-edge pool, and a separate guest house with a Roman steam spa and a gym.

Unfortunately, since Kemp purchased the San Diego Country house for $9.075 million back in 2013, it looks like he’s set to take a substantial loss on a future sale. On the bright side, the two-time all-star is back with his original MLB team, the Dodgers, who took on his contract last month. Kemp’s salary through 2019 is $43 million.
