Funnyman Russell Peters’ Malibu mansion is now available for $8.8 million.

After purchasing the modern-style home for $4.725 million back in 2014, the comedian completely gutted and renovated the residence. In addition to adding subtle touches like new glass railings on the balconies, the front of the home was opened up with a large wall of windows to bring the incredible views of the Pacific Ocean front and center.

Set just off the iconic Pacific Coast Highway, the seven-bedroom, 10-bath home has its own private gated driveway and a 14-vehicle motor court. Standout design features and amenities include a dramatic chandelier in the entryway, a beautiful onyx wet bar in the family room, and a gym.

Peters, whose stand-up special can be found on Netflix, resides in a Hidden Hills home he scooped up in June 2017 for $6.45 million.
