American Eagle CEO and Chairman Jay Schottenstein has just purchased a luxurious Miami Beach condominium for $6.77 million.
The clothing-brand exec’s new digs are located in the Ritz-Carlton Residences. The complex was designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni, and the impressive building holds 111 condos in addition to 15 standalone Villa Residences.
With some units valued at more than $40 million, Schottenstein’s three-bedroom condo was one of the more moderately priced options. The 4,347-square-foot unit features soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a modern spiral staircase.
In addition to a number of other luxe features in the condo, Schottenstein will also benefit from general building amenities like a marine helipad, a private marina, and an on-site house yacht. Of course, there’s also a fitness center, an indoor-outdoor spa, pet grooming facilities, and more.
In addition to his high-ranking role at American Eagle, Schottenstein is also known for his financial support of Ohio State’s basketball arena, dubbed the Jerome Schottenstein Center.
