Actress Ashley Benson of “Pretty Little Liars” fame has landed an adorable Los Angeles home for $1.8 million.

Benson’s new residence is a 1920s-built Spanish-style nestled in the Laughlin Park neighborhood in Los Feliz. The 2,600-square-foot house stretches across three stories with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Nestled in a lush and leafy hillside, the unabashed period charmer welcomes visitors via a gated courtyard before leading to a 30-foot-long living room with a large fireplace, three sets of French doors, and a barrel-vaulted ceiling. In addition to views of Griffith Park Observatory, there’s also a separate living room, breakfast nook, dining room, and a galley kitchen.

The house incorporates an attached two-room studio apartment with its own bathroom and a private outside entrance.
