New Orleans Pelicans forward Solomon Hill made a slam dunk with the $2.3-million purchase of his Los Angeles-area home.
Even though the NBA player has been off the court due to a torn hamstring, he’s moving just fine on the real estate market. Hill’s new 3,481-square-foot Palms neighborhood home was built in 2014, and has a number of modern amenities that make it worthy of a professional athlete’s attention.
The Westside residence boasts striking features like a bright and spacious open-plan living area, white oak floors, and soaring ceilings. The common areas include a walnut-clad kitchen with a center island, a dining area on the main floor, and two living spaces divided by the central staircase, each with its own fireplace.
In addition to an abundance of open-concept living space, the home also holds four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The master suite is especially worthy of note, and features a large bath with steam shower and a walk-in closet. Outside, the property extends to include a lush lawn, garden, gazebo, and covered patio with a fire pit.
The NBA star is currently in his second year of a four-year, $48-million contract with the Pelicans.
