Fisker Automotive has been hard at work creating an electric vehicle to compete with Tesla. The company recently introduced its newest creation at the 2018 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. In doing so, it showed the world that its aspirations have paid off.
The upcoming Fisker EMotion is an all-wheel-drive electric sedan with a number of luxurious features and incredible performance stats. And, it looks very, very pretty, to boot. This is not surprising; Henrik Fisker is one of the most talented auto designers in the world.
The EMotion boasts Fisker’s advanced solid-state battery technology for a fast charge and over 400-mile range. It’s also rumored that the vehicle will be able to reach a top speed of 161 miles per hour. That’s all in addition to featuring Level 4 automated driving capabilities.
The vehicle features butterfly doors controlled via smartphone, an expansive interior cabin, a glass roof, and 24-inch Pirelli tires. The interior stands out via saddle-brown leather upholstery, an advanced infotainment system, four individually adjustable electric seats, and a curved center screen.
Set for a late-2019 launch, the Fisker EMotion will be available starting at $129,000.
