Following his separation from pop superstar Fergie, actor Josh Duhamel has picked up a Los Angeles-area bachelor pad for $2.65 million.

Duhamel’s new Encino hills residence is located on a cul-de-sac behind a gate and tall privacy hedges. The 3,300-square-foot home was built in the 1960s, and is set on roughly one-third of an acre. It boasts beautiful views of the canyon and mountains beyond.
