Jason Biggs and Jenny Mollen Sell Tribeca Pad for $2.7M

Actors Jason Biggs and Jenny Mollen have let go of their Tribeca loft, but the couple collectively pocketed $2.66 million in the bargain.

The celebrity duo recently purchased a larger luxury home in the West Village, so the sale of their NYC pad doesn’t come as much of a surprise. The Medium Lipstick building unit was originally listed for $2.99 million in early 2017, so the fourth-floor apartment sold for a bit less than the pair expected.

The stylish unit was designed by Cliff Fong, who is known for his work with the Hollywood elite; his previous client include Ellen DeGeneres and Ryan Murphy. At 2,200 square feet, the unit benefits from an extra-large open concept living space with hardwood floors, reclaimed wood support columns, and a classic reclaimed brick fireplace.

In addition to two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the loft also holds a den, a home office nook, sound-proofed windows, and a laundry closet. Building residents benefit from amenities like a keyless electronic entry system, and a 1,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck with views of the Statue of Liberty, the Hudson River, and the New Jersey Skyline.

Although Biggs is best known for his role in the “American Pie” film franchise, his role in Netflix’s hit “Orange Is the New Black” now defines his career. Mollen is an actress best known for “Angel”; she is also the author of the comedic memoir “I Like You Just the Way I Am.”
