Chris Kirkpatrick of iconic ’90s boyband NSYNC has sold his Orlando, Florida, home for $1.69 million.

The singer originally listed his five-bedroom beachfront estate for $2.3 million back in December 2015. After seeing no movement on the market, the price was reduced a number of times until finally reaching its sweet spot at $1.9 million this past November.

The ivy-covered home is set behind large gates and privacy hedges, but there’s no reason to keep the details secret. The three-story home boasts a number of luxury features like ultra-high ceilings and walls of windows, as well as a strong Mediterranean feel. It measures a healthy 6,314 square feet.

Nearly every room offers views of the water, and the open-concept floor plan adds to the airy appeal with plenty of space in the dining room and kitchen for entertaining friends and family. The standout feature of the home is its entertainment suite with a recording studio, media room, music room, party space, home theater, and two game rooms.

The backyard is equipped for entertaining as well thanks to lush landscaping, and a lagoon-style swimming pool with grotto and waterfall.
