Actor and musician Frankie Muniz raked in $3.2 million following the sale of his Phoenix home. The property had been on the open market for about a year, and had been listed at $3.5 million.

Muniz’ Biltmore-area home is set among lush landscaping and privately nestled behind walls and gates. The 1935-built residence boasts a unique Andalusian hacienda style and spans 5,300 square feet. The estate is called ‘Il Segreto.’

In addition to classic features like hand-finished walls, beamed ceilings, and original floors, the beautiful home has been immaculately cared for and carefully restored; highlights include the modern farmhouse-style kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home is also equipped with a luxurious master suite complete with his-and-hers bathrooms, an expansive closet, and a relaxation room.

The exterior spaces impress as well with vine-wrapped patios, Roman and prayer gardens, a loggia, and a swimming pool. The expansive grounds also feature rolling lawns, mature trees, a bocce ball court, and a five-car garage.

Muniz, who was recently a contestant on “Dancing With the Stars,” is best known for his role as Malcolm on the sitcom “Malcolm in the Middle.” He has also pursued a career as a race-car driver.
