“Full House” star Dave Coulier made quick work of selling his Encino, California, home. The actor realized $1.93 million in the sale. The home was listed on the open market last month with an asking price of $1.96 million.
Best known as Uncle Joey on both “Full House” and “Fuller House,” Coulier handed over the keys to his ranch-style house for just $30K under the listing. The 4,100-square-foot Los Angeles-area home formerly known as Lindley Farm is a beautiful example of blending old and new, with modern and farmhouse design cues blending as high style.
The classic ranch-style aesthetic remains, but the home has since been reworked with a number of modern upgrades. In addition to classic elements like hardwood floors, brickwork, and beamed ceilings, the residence boasts a completely updated kitchen with white cabinets and sleek black countertops for a dramatic sense of contrast.
While the vaulted-ceiling living room stands out as the center of the home, there are also six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a formal dining room, and an office spread across the home. The master suite features a sitting room and garden views via large picture windows.
The landscaping borders on lush, with a garden courtyard, a barbecue space, and a swimming pool filling out the property.
